Where are you located?
I-10 and Elliott Road in Tempe, Arizona.
What types of vehicles can be stored at your facility?
We have customers who use our facility for RV storage, motor home and travel trailer storage, boat storage, and small vehicle storage.
How are you able to offer such inexpensive rates?
That’s because we have low overhead. We offer rental rates that are up to 50% less than those being offered in neighboring Scottsdale. We can do this because we have been in business so long, that we have no mortgage on our property. Because of that, we are able to set our rates at only what is necessary to cover our costs, but still offer our customers great service and prices.
Do you have a dump station?
Yes, we certainly do.
Can I use the dump station without renting a space?
Answer: Yes, for a $20.00 fee.
Can I go month to month or is there a lease?
Definitely! You may rent month to month.
Do I get a refund if I vacate early?
Sorry, we can’t offer any refunds for early contract termination
What kind of security do you have?
On-site residents, 10′ block wall, alarm monitored, code access.
What are your office hours and gate hours?
Office hours are Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM, and Saturday 9:00AM to 2:00 PM. Gate hours* are 6:00AM to 7:30PM Seven days a week. *Temporary exceptions can be made through management.
Will I get a break on the price if I rent for a year or more at a time?
You always get a price break when you store at Absolute Steel & Storage. At the present time you may pay rent three months in advance.
Do you have covered spaces?
Yes. You may want to call or e-mail to check availability.
Do you take major credit cards?
Yes, we take Master Card, Visa and Discover
What areas do you service?
Well, we typically provide services for the full time residents or winter visitors of Tempe, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and Chandler Arizona. However, where you live doesn’t really matter – only where you keep your RV or Boat.
Will I get a statement each month?
Yes, There is a $2.00 per month charge for this service. You may waive this charge if you’d like when you sign up for storage.
